About Us

Precision fabrication on Kenya's industrial corridor.

Athi Coach & Bodyworks Ltd is a commercial vehicle body shop based on Enterprise Road, Athi River. Since 2009 we have supported transport operators, logistics firms, and fleet owners who need durable frameworks, accurate panel work, and dependable trim installation.

Our team combines structural welding, sheet metal shaping, and interior finishing under one roof — from chassis-ready shells through to lined cabins and fitted door assemblies.

End-to-end body building and repair.

Framework & Structural Fabrication

Construction and repair of metal framework sections using cutting, shaping, welding, bolting, and riveting to form complete body shells.

Panel Cutting & Fitting

Sheet metal, aluminium, and reinforced plastic panels shaped and attached to frameworks using hand and power tools to drawing tolerances.

Vehicle Modification

Adaptation of production chassis and line-built units to custom fleet requirements, partitions, service openings, and mountings.

Interior Trim & Upholstery

Preparation and installation of lining, floor coverings, door trims, seals, handles, and fabric/vinyl assemblies using heavy-duty sewing equipment.

Body Repair & Refurbishment

Collision and wear-related structural repair, panel replacement, and trim refurbishment to return vehicles to service.

Quality Inspection

In-process checks on weld integrity, alignment, panel gaps, and trim finish before release to paint or delivery.
